6-Why test more than one protein in our recommended panel?
To avoid false positive tests, the CDC recommends using two different tests for IgG
antibodies. Allermetrix recommends testing the spike subunit protein (S1) and the receptor
binding domain (RBD) to avoid the possibility that you incorrectly think you have had the
disease.
